About Maletswai

Maletswai is a traditional rural settlement located in the Eastern Cape‘s Amathole District, approximately 30km northwest of Stutterheim. Situated amidst rolling green hills and scattered aloe plants, this peaceful community offers visitors a genuine experience of Xhosa village life.

The settlement’s location near the Keiskamma River provides fertile land for subsistence farming, while the surrounding grasslands support livestock grazing.
