Kingston Place Guest House is a top four-star guesthouse in the heart of Umhlanga Rocks. It has built a reputation for excellent service and attention to detail. Both the TGCSA and AA have given our guesthouse a high grade. It combines the comfort of contemporary living with the charm of South African hospitality. Over the years, we’ve hosted tourists from all over the world, making their stays unique only a short walk from Bronze Beach and the Gateway Theatre of Shopping.

Suite for Families

This large suite is great for families or parties. It has two separate rooms with queen beds, private bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a living room with a SMART TV (Netflix and DSTV included) and air conditioning, so you can rest after going to the beach.

Honeymoon Suite

This room has a spa bath, views of the sea, and a mini-bar fridge, making it perfect for romance. The suite is beautifully designed and has a SMART TV and air conditioning, making it great for newlyweds or couples celebrating special occasions.

The Top Floor

Our crown treasure has two queen bedrooms, a Victorian bath, and a dining area with views of the sea all around. The suite’s sumptuous but comfortable feel is enhanced by the fully equipped kitchen, which has a gas burner and an ice-making freezer.

Standard En-Suites and Suite 2

These rooms are great for single travellers or couples. They include queen beds, private baths, and kitchenettes. Tea and coffee facilities and DSTV are just a few of the thoughtful elements that make your stay go well.

Enjoy a tasty breakfast in our bright lounge or garden area to start your day off well. We don’t have a restaurant on site, but our central position makes it easy to stroll to some of Umhlanga’s best cafes and bistros. To really relax, you may either recline by our beautiful swimming pool or arrange a massage in the quiet of your room.
