HoneyPot Guesthouse has been a beloved getaway in the middle of Umhlanga, Durban, since the mid-1990s. Heather and Bob started our family-run business, which combines friendly service with professional hospitality. We are proud to be a founding member of the NAA, Kwababa. We have been perfecting our service for over 25 years, making it a smooth blend of comfort, convenience, and local knowledge. This makes us a reliable option for both business and leisure travellers.

There is a safe deposit box in each room, and the communal areas are cosy and inviting, like a cottage. Our lovely Irish setters and spaniel will make your stay more fun and homely if you appreciate animals.

Enjoy a freshly made breakfast in our bright dining room to start your day. We don’t run a full restaurant, but our staff is happy to suggest nearby places to dine, from seafood bistros to authentic South African braais.
