The drive from the N2 towards the coast reveals Ngqeleni’s greatest asset: its proximity to the Hluleka Nature Reserve, a coastal forest and marine sanctuary where the sound of the surf mixes with bird calls. You can embark on a cultural walk through the local villages near Ngqeleni, or travel a short distance to the coast for surfing at Coffee Bay.
