Matjiesrivier is a small rural settlement located in the Western Cape‘s Klein Karoo region, approximately 50km north of Ladismith. Situated at the foot of the spectacular Swartberg Pass, this peaceful hamlet enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The area forms part of the UNESCO-listed Cape Floral Region, known for its unique fynbos vegetation and dramatic geological formations.
