The Hermon Hotel is on the edge of the beautiful Riebeek Valley. Hermon – The Sacred Enclosure is a peaceful place based on Hermetic ideas that lets you get away from the noise of contemporary life. Our guesthouse and distillery were built as a place to rest and think, and they combine rustic charm with spiritual harmony. The Hermon Hotel has changed throughout the years into a unique place to stay, known for its artisanal gin, holistic wellness services, and friendly hospitality. The Messenger: /Hom Guesthouse

This spacious guesthouse is great for families or groups. It has five bedrooms (two with their own bathrooms), a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge with a fireplace and DSTV. The quiet, shaded garden and outside braai area are great for relaxing with friends, and the pet-friendly rules mean that no family member has to stay behind.

The Sacred Enclosure Home: Hermon Guesthouse

A cosy three-bedroom getaway with a bathroom in each room, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining space that can seat six people. The large fireplace in the lounge makes it a lovely spot to be on cold evenings. Its peaceful atmosphere is great for relaxing, even if it’s not pet-friendly.

The Shack

A lovely studio with a bathroom, kitchenette and eating space for two people. It’s next to the communal pool and braai area, making it perfect for solo travellers or couples who want to keep things simple and close to shared facilities.

Something Special

This romantic getaway has a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with everything you need, and a private garden with outdoor baths and braai facilities. It’s great for couples or anyone who wants to be alone since it’s pet-friendly and made for intimacy.

Lampies

A small studio that is accessible by wheelchair and has its own bathroom and coffee facilities. Even though it doesn’t have a kitchen, it’s easy to get to and has a comfortable design that works well for single travellers or those who prioritise convenience.

Dining & Distillery

At Hallucinogin Craft Gin Distillery, guests may taste award-winning gin with charcuterie or even make their own special gin in a hands-on class. While Hermon’s accommodation is self-catering, the nearby Hermon Hotel and Bar, as well as the famous restaurants in Riebeek Kasteel, provide delicious dining options.
