Queensburgh is located approximately 15km southwest of Durban’s city centre in KwaZulu-Natal, forming part of eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality. This well-established residential area sits at an elevation of about 150 metres above sea level, enjoying the warm, humid subtropical climate typical of the Durban region.

Developed primarily in the mid-20th century, Queensburgh features a mix of suburban housing, commercial centres and green spaces. The area’s layout follows the rolling hills of the region, offering scenic views of the surrounding landscape. Queensburgh’s strategic position along major routes including the N2 and M13 highways provides easy access to Durban’s business districts while maintaining its suburban character.
