Notties Hotel, which was formerly called the Railway Hotel, has been a part of history since 1854. It is a beloved landmark on Nottingham Road. It has changed throughout the years into a cosy place to stay that combines old-world charm with contemporary conveniences. There are stories about the hotel’s long history, including the growth of the railway and agricultural customs. Guests could even hear about ‘Charlotte’, a pleasant ghost who is claimed to haunt Room 10.

Notties Hotel has 14 hotel rooms and 10 Garden Suites, all of which are made to be comfortable and relaxing. Our Garden Suites include private patios that open to beautiful gardens, bathrooms with en-suite showers, and other nice additions like sleeping sofas or bathtubs. All of the rooms include contemporary conveniences including DStv, tea and coffee making facilities, and daily cleaning. Our rooms provide a peaceful place to stay while you explore the Midlands, whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer visit.

Notties Pub is the centre of the hotel. It’s a bustling place known for its friendly service and filling meals.
